Please note that your registration is an official declaration of your intention to attend the event and to accept the following terms and conditions. Payment and cancellation policy After the registration we will send you a prepayment request, what you have to pay by wire transfer. The access to the event is guaranteed by the order of the payments. After the payment, we will send you a prepayment invoice then after the event a final invoice, which will not require any financial settlement. The event will be held in Hungary, so according to the relevant legislation VAT will be charged in all cases. Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations are only accepted in writing. Cancellation is free of charge in the following cases: Early Bird registration: 45 days before the event Holiday registration: 30 days before the event Walk-in registration: 15 days before the event 50% of the total price will be charged in case of cancellation mimimum 5 days before the event, In case of cancellation within 5 days we will not be able to refund the fee, it will be charged 100%. The participation fee includes mediated services (food, drink, buffet service), but does not include the accommodation fee! We reserve the right to change the program, the speakers and the venue! Organizers reserve the right to deny their competitors to participate.
